- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We accept payments through secure third-party processors (including 2Checkout).
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate.
- We ship from warehouses in the US and Europe for faster delivery. However, items may also be shipped from the China.
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective or wrong items.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Item will be returned to the original destination i.e. if its shipped from the US, it will be returned to the US warehouse, whereas if its shipped from the China warehouse, it will be returned to the China warehouse.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
PawJoyTails is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
