Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- We accept returns for manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was sent.
- Personalized or hygiene-related items (e.g., certain grooming tools) are non-returnable for health reasons.
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer (unless the item is defective or wrong).
- Contact us first with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return address (usually the supplier’s warehouse in the US or Europe).
- Ship the item back (please keep tracking).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or defect), we will refund the return shipping cost as well.
Please send us clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund quickly.
